While operating as a Veterans Accredited Claims Agent, Jim Hanna observed that his clients had needs far beyond those of securing the veteran benefits they earned.

Although there are an overwhelming number of options in the eldercare industry, families of veterans were uncertain of where to begin the transitional process. Out of his genuine passion for serving those who served our country, Jim began consulting these families about how to manage the details of the process. Through referring businesses with a reputation for excellent service, Military Senior Resources was founded in 2009.
